Being paid fairly! Historically the organization is known to pay below the salary range, this isn't a decision to be proud of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is defined as being passed down from generation to generation, and that's exactly how Global maintains its organization. There is not one area that I find positive with the organizational culture.
