Leadership has really moved away from constantly having sales fill out reports, to empowering us to succeed, giving individual goals to grow, and removing obstacles,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mixed WFH strategy has been great, we still get to see our coworkers 2 days, which builds connection. But we get 3 days with less interruptions and focus at home.
