After being here for 18 months in 2 different roles, I will say this is a well-run branch with fantastic managers and co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, it is my co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication from Barry on down is very good. I will say, our inside sales managers are fantastic in this branch!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Both teams in this branch are VERY forthcoming when anyone has a question or needs help or advice. These teams make this a fantastic place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, I believe this has been covered, but it's the people in this branch, EVERYONE from management to CSMs to AMAs. It really is a great place to be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission/bonus packages are definitely inline with the better part of the industry. I do like the points perks. I do wish the branch had leeway to reward employees as a group.
