What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the Canadian office has no culture as there was limited social "events" before covid and now there are none.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is little respect shown for coworkers. It often feels like people treat others as if they are better than everyone else and can just say whatever they want. They don't get in trouble for it and the managers don't do anything so they just continue to be like that.
