work as a team and a unit instead of being the equivalent of fast food chain workers who care only for themselves. They also need to learn not to just pass the problem for someone else to handle
a constant barrage of communications across too many platforms to perform a job that I am underpaid to do in the first place is my biggest complaint. The supervisors and some leads care only about babysitting instead of growing their team into future leaders.
