The quarterly bonuses are good. The points awards were good to start but they randomly disappeared and haven't really come back.
They don't hammer us about metrics. They leave that for constructive 1x1's. Sales orgs that over-focus on KPI's can create a pressure cooker that's counterproductive. GI doesn't do that.
They put me in a place to succeed. When I started communication was top notch. It's been harder since, but we're getting a new manager next week. Hopefully an improvement.
