I have been here for a while and have seen many changes, although its not perfect. I enjoy the work that I do. It has afforded me a great lifestyle.

My customers, helping them everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they share information as soon as they are aware of changes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitudes are not good, I feel sales teams are pitting against each other. There is no cheer or comaraderie.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HIgher salary, better cost of living increases, more pay for those on higher platforms, if I make the company $8M I should make $400k for example.
