We all work well together and are all willing to help each other at a drop of a dime
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued it's just with inflation I could use a higher pay. I do not feel undervalued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work at my own pace and if I get stuck on anything I can reach out to my team and they are there for me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care enough to constantly check with the employees to make certain they are happy and have input on what they can do to make things even better for the employees
