Promoting from within, compensation that corresponds to work (commission for sales TSM), understand true customer concerns, no more nonsense programs that go no where ie MRO Track and now TrashTalk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked at Global for 6 years and never got a raise, only changes in position. I conduct sales and do not get paid commission, the goal system is not realistic and or fair when comparing to others with same position
