I like working for Global Industrial especially now that we are allowed to work from home which I guess is a perks but I don't know for how long it will last.

Keeping busy makes the day go by fast and energetic
What are some of the best things about your team?
Half of my Team I worked with for about 5yrs and I do like interacting with them. The other half , still getting to know them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to get fair wage. I am an hourly employee so no perks, With the new re-construction/execution of our Team (West Region)more responsibility was added to me and no talk of any pay increase.
