Started off slow because the lack of accounts but once they gave me more accounts then I started seeing the results. Also, too much activity that doesn't help us get more sales with our customers....spreadsheets etc.

My direct manager makes sure he is present and helps as much as he can. Also, he is very good at giving recognition when deserved.
