The compensation package for sales needs to be revisited. You would need to listen to the ideas of the employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better Purchasing and Inventory Management. After-Sales Service in Canada is missing, especially for our large equipment, such as Floor Scrubbers & Sweepers. Product and Customer Service, and especially Tech Ticket Support for Canada need serious revamping. Need more sales support.
