I feel I worked along time to finally get the bump that was deserved along time ago

I like that you can reach out to anyone and not have to feel intimidated by their position.

The Culture is starting to turn around, for a long time I felt under valued. But that is changing

I do believe that most people really do care about the jobs they do and take pride in a job well done

Everyone get along with each other and genuinely cares for each other. Everyone has there strengths and helps each other out. They Collaborate with each other on projects and get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work twice as had as some of my Male counter parts to only get Thank You when they need something else. It would be nice to be valued for what I bring to the table
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the Leadership follows through on what the say. They do have an open door and there is not any retaliation when you do go to them. I would not say all live by those rules but some do.
