Great experience. I am learning a lot about the industry and process. However there is no growth at this company because of the size of the department. turn over is atrocious. It seems that the company is improving but slowly.

Serious role clarity between departments, employees in order to have better leverage for compensation discussions. Bi-annual raises / position changes.
