Positivity comes with value of work and we are not promoted give work value but its just the targets and quantity.
What makes you most happy at work?
The day when we have something other than work. It needs to be work but other than normal. Something to learn extra something to remember
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hardly get time to interact. The seating arrangement is such that I am not able to communicate. Communicating reduces stress of work but II am not able to communicate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid higher in previous company but due pandemic lost my job and had to join here thank you for giving work but I was not given compensation at par with previous company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do not get chance to interact much as we the system binds us with work so much that we are unable to socialize and know each other. We are not made to sit together.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be very honest we work for salary and there is no other motivation. Neither we see any future in the work we do. There is no feeling that this work will give me respect and good career in near future
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There should more events where people can interact. Managers acts as managers they should act as people who there to help not there to rule and just make to follow orders. Its should be ok once in a while to allow people to talk to each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee capabilities and understanding. Providing more opportunity. Job becomes monotonous in the same role. Every individual has different talent and get them fitted to the right job as per their interests and capabilities. Even if they not god in current job they should not be underestimated for

The job is hectic and monotonous. There needs to be flexibility. Like teh MOT is relaxed and is given a choice to do as per your will which is a big relief and WFM shoul be promoted.
