People in our teams are good with supportive in nature. Nice people around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mediclaim service & annual bonus. I also want to appreciate such a friendly work environment. We get enough tools and accessories to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like Fun-Friday events, I think that's what an organization can provide, my expectation is little high though. I respect & appreciate what is being offered by company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Mode of communication to our client, like we are handling through an email. I could be much better if work from home is offer frequently... I stay close by so it's easy for me to reach office on time. Though it takes an hour to get ready and reach office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything was great, it would be best experience if we conduct team discussion every week for an hour to understand our standing in terms of our performance and improvement, that's all. I appreciate this survey. It can become much better if you guys ask for a survey specific to our leads & manager.
