They are good people, generally, and they work with what they are given.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Specific people I associate with are excellent, and make the culture uplifting. The environment at the company is not good. Prefer to work at home, and be more productive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have shopped myself, and know what my salary is compared to a comparable job at other companies. I also know I am under paid compared to co-workers who have the same title, and underperform compared to me. So my response is based on fact, not overblown ego.
