Listening to employees; hiring less Upper management and more people to actually do the work. Company is extremely top heavy and continues to pile on more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really care, but it's hard to keep that momentum going when you are given more work, same pay, and not every department is held to the same standard of accountability
