When I close my SRC in one call.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel this is a great company to work for but there are a few things that can be made more streamlined to make the processes easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the teams chat , I feel like everyone is helpful even though you know they are busy also. Devan is a fantastic manager who pushes us to be great without being mean but being supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Devan Winton is my supervisor and she is very supportive and helpful. The no calls out or no calling or emailing the warehouse is a bit frustrating. We need to be able to call the vendors and carriers because they take too long to respond back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I spend a lot of time trying to get all my work done. I really investigate to try to help the customers. I don't feel rushing us off wrap up or counting how long a call takes is fair and i feel it effects our efforts in helping our customers. I honestly try to do all I can to help.
