If we have questions or issues we tend to work within the dept instead of calling other depts.

Understanding every aspect of the process and not just to focus on 2 depts. Assist from start to finish in every dept. thanks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The balance between work and home life are not there. As I feel we need more compensation for the lack of home life. thanks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the demand that is put on our dept. is overwhelming. As it seems to be the norm to have our dept work 10,11,12 hours with no incentive. Or the understanding of work/life balance as a whole.
