What makes me happy about work is that i know that we are going get the work done fast and right for our customer experience. And i know that all my coworkers are here to work and get it done, so we are all in the same page.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally think Las Vegas is putting so much effort to be getting paid what we are getting paid, also Vegas inflation went up way to much i think we should get another inflation raise. personally feel like it barley enough what we getting paid now for the coast of living.
