Almost 25 year employee. There is no incentive for longevity when it comes to vacation time. I feel that we should accrue more than after the 20 year mark. Also, pay is not commensurate with experience; especially with salaried positions.
Salaried positions should be looked at closer. While I realize that salary is a position that often entails more than 40 hours per week, pay attention to abuse of this policy. It is happening and the workers are exhausted by the unrealistic expectations. An exhausted worker does no one good.
