I have worked my way up. Unfortunately it is a salaried position and based on hours worked per week, not beneficial to me. Good experience as far as a working environment and the job itself.

Business has increased and we all feel it! There is no work/life balance and it is wearing down everyone.

Too many complaints. No one wants constant negativity.

Chance for bonus, comp time for working excessive hours

The ability to be a self-starter and not have to be micromanaged.

Co-workers are frustrated. Most do not take constructive criticism or suggestions well.

In my department, the willingness to help one another and come together as a true team.

The ability to do a job and do it well. To be a self starter.

Being salaried, the hours put in is not commensurate with other companies. Value to me would be a work/life balance.

Almost 25 year employee. There is no incentive for longevity when it comes to vacation time. I feel that we should accrue more than after the 20 year mark. Also, pay is not commensurate with experience; especially with salaried positions.

Salaried positions should be looked at closer. While I realize that salary is a position that often entails more than 40 hours per week, pay attention to abuse of this policy. It is happening and the workers are exhausted by the unrealistic expectations. An exhausted worker does no one good.
