What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is exciting to work for an organization during such an explosive growth period. With growth comes growing pains, but it makes me proud to be a part of something that is going to be huge later

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home has been the best thing for employees work life balance. I am happy we have the opportunity to do that and hope that privilege is not taken away because it is different than the past norm.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is not accountability across departments. People are more concerned with pointing the finger than solving the problem. We spend more time searching for emails to say I told you so than we do on actually improving systems and processes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am constantly being asked to do things above and beyond outside of my pay scale, yet am not rewarded for it. The bonuses are low and not guaranteed. There is no recognition for people doing the most work outside of their normal job duties.
