It is positive when I am working from home. Very negative in the office.
I cant really say about the higher ups as I do not have a lot of dealings with them. My direct supervisor is awesome and she always keeps me in the loop and informed of all new information.
My title is "customer service lead" and we are short staffed on leads so we have large teams and are responsible for checking credits for the India reps. But I am also used as a trainer, to help with warehouse labels, web return safety concerns, customer service mail and other things. It is too much
