they follow company procedures as much as they can, they obey their managers orders, and reciprocate in emergency support requirements Mostly polite and responsive
What makes you most happy at work?
doing what I always wanted - DBA work. Even though office politics exist - backbiting is present - senior managers support you enough to be immune to office politics
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
CEOS managers should concentrate more on efforts put in working by employees rather than just hours in office, also value work from home contributions - which is not really favored - with the current pandemic being an exception.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though I am capable of doing almost all tasks required in my field, due to policy - a lot of access and hands on is denied - which may result in reducing the indepth knowledge and expertise in my area of contribution.
