They will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear for you to accept employment, they will treat you like an idiot, they do not value you or your opinion. I hate working here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Coworkers aren't really the issue with working at Systemax.

Recognizing talent, allowing employees to grow with the company, promoting within.

I don't think improvements can be made. I do not see the culture changing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are treated like invalids, brainless drones doing meaningless tasks incapable of thought and idea. The relationship is not repairable.
