
They care about employee wellness
The benefits are not good and I do not have a favorite part
Customer service levels are still below expectations for me and my customers. Base pay levels for employees has not gone up for existing employees to reflect current conditions, while new employees are receiving higher wages.
Our coverage isn't really coverage. My out of pocket expenses along with the high premiums have forced me to pay far too much of my income towards healthcare. This is especially hard because I'm a relatively healthy person and rarely go to the doctor.
Coworkers who under perform or are incapable of completing the tasks necessary for the job still remain in the company and are paid the same as employees who have to pick up the slack for them. There seems to be no accountability for certain employees while high expectations are set for others.
