It's had its pros and cons. It has been extremely difficult to deal with tenured members of the Executive team. Abusive at times.

Leadership between the CEO and CHRO to consider what employees care about and engage on initiatives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the employee engagement in terms of the many surveys, understanding the employees needs, and all the efforts they've put into COVID-19 health and safety within each facility.
What makes you most happy at work?
At the moment, not much. I work with limited support for the role of the department within the organization. Too much work and not enough help and no one seems to care!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The organization tends to review select departments (DC hourly staff, Executive level, Sales Commissions) in terms of compensation and role and responsibilities and not the entire population. It appears they do not recognize there is an issue with being underpaid across the entire organization.
