I like the way we are attacking issues and resolving them. We seem to be more pro-active than reactive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
WE help each other and do work as a team which is not usually happens in a sales environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in sales and the new comp plan can provide you less compensation even though you bring in more revenue...I don't feel that is fair at all. Also we can't get a report showing us from HR what our benefits are. We used to but that is no longer available to us. It just is not transparent to us.
