working with the people around me. we all get along and have a good time while still getting the work done that needs to get done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with 10 years, i have traveled to other sites to launch new computer programs and to help train new employees in new sites. have helped and continue to help in the training and workings of all areas of our DC. and yet when yearly raise and reviews it never seems to show .
