I have enjoyed working at Global. I am very passionate about sales and this industry. I have felt that my career was on a steady trajectory until recently which is disappointing. I greatly enjoy the people and I am proud of the accomplishments we have made as a company.

It takes into consideration both Sales and GP components and it is based on booked vs invoiced which is a differentiator in the commissioned market as well as no cap

Working fast and furious on many different projects that will improve the way we go to business and perform. Doing a way better job of soliciting feedback from employees before making decisions. Teamwork is a way of life

Transparency regarding how quota budgets are derived and differ from branch to branch as well as what new tools, products, availability of products or market changes support the growth expectation for achievement. Transparency showing growth expectations by branch. Level set account packages.
