Dependability, consistency, willingness to take on new responsibilities and share in the heavy workload.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a heavy workload and it takes a lot of multi-tasking to balance it out and meet our deadlines. There are always delays due to other sources not doing their due diligence to complete their tasks without constant prompting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Until recently my salary did not truly reflect my value. I was given a very good increase during a year when my peers received much less. I appreciate that, but it took too many years of working at this level to receive the compensation that I was due. Bonus decreased this past year, work increased.
