I do not like being so negative but I have also not felt great about this company since I began. Of course it's not all terrible but the overall experience has been a feeling of left to figure things out on your own and management doesn't appear as they want to listen to ways to improve.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and making themselves available to speak with their employees more often and learn from them how the environment can be improved. Doing these surveys is a start for sure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel micromanaged to the point of feeling demotivated, that my work is under appreciated. A higher salary and attainable quotas along with benefits which include all categories (dental, health,vision,fitness) We are sitting at a computer for 9 hours a day - our vision is being damaged.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The previous question is not a simple yes or no. I greatly value some co-workers who have provided great assistance while others are very cold and uncaring. It's definitely a mixture of personalities. Working together more cohesively starts at the top and the way employees are vetted.
