They are finally making some forward moving changes. PCS is better. They seem to be open to ideas & suggestions.

They listen to our concerns and respond quickly. If you a problem, they instruct without berating or talking down to you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quotas are seem very high for this economic climate. A stretch goal is great. The process for getting high dollar quotes sometimes takes days. That needs to be faster.
