everybody works well together. everybody helps out each other. everyone has a positive outlook especially during covid 19
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay OT to salary people. give short term disability to all employees for FREE. the individual should get medical for FREE if they have a family it should be based on that amount
