Global Industrial has grown so much in recent years. But the growth has brought about positive changes that have bettered the workplace. My overall experience in my roles has been great.

Again, the celebration of successes within teams adds so much positivity to the workplace.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy having the ability to work towards a bonus with clear goals and objectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I get to see that the hard work put into a project was successful. And payday!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people make this company what it is. There's a spirit of truly wanting to help and see others succeed and celebrating that success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing a project moving through all the necessary steps and then having the ability to see the results (in my case, sales dollars!).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense from middle and upper management that they are really trying to drive improvement within all of us. The majority of employees are truly talented and driven individuals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy having the stability of a salary but also the option to earn bonuses or rewards throughout the year based on performance and growth. It pushes me to meet higher goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The attitudes of the team I work with are wonderful. There is a sense of "we're in this together" that drives us to encourage one another while still maintaining our own independent goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication from leadership has been excellent - a huge shift from where it was when I started with this company. I like their enthusiasm and ability to highlight the good instead of dwelling on the bad.

The executive team has done a great job communicating with the employees, even when the news isn't always positive. They have made great strides in the past few years to make sure that employees are feeling valued and providing us with growth opportunities.
