I think my team is very supportive, and always willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Global/upper mgmt. does a great job to show appreciation and recognition to individual employees and/or departments for their hard work/efforts. This can be through bonus incentives, verbal recognition, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with my team, as well as my boss. I think seeing my all the positive changes that have been taking place in my department is very exciting, and enjoy contributing to that growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my role has evolved, and I have taken on more responsibilities within the past couple of years. Based on that, I believe that my rate is lower than what other companies pay an employee in a similar role.
