
that we all know that what ever we do as a company, dept or team, it will most likely change in a few months to a year or two. no matter how big or small.
can we create "promotion road maps" for each lower position that says you need to prove/show XYZ and ABC before considered for promotion?Give us an intensive to stay longer show us its possible day 1 to move up, maybe people will try harder if you show them whats possible? Something to aim four
