Being non-commission employee I get a yearly bonus at Christmas which is AWESOME!

Very transparent now and it hasn't always been that way so I appreciate that

My team is like a family and I love that. We really care about each other

They have recently become more open about the plans and goals for the company which I love.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job and care about what happens with/in the company because I do enjoy my job. I plan on retiring from Global in 20 more years so I definitely care about what happens with Global in the future.
