not good not treated like a person and have no say in where I work as most other employees do

#1 care about the job that we are assigned #2 show up for work

#1 let us continue to work remote if we choose and not force some of us to come into the office

they care bout us as people and always seem interested to always help or listen if we have any personal issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
#1 listen to me #2 let us work 100% remote if we choose most of the other departments are working 100% remote and we are not allowed to #3 treat me like a person
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
if everyone would give 100% of their focus to the job not on their cell phones talking to each other shopping on the web etc everyone thinks they give 100% so impossible to improve
What makes you most happy at work?
just working most happy I'm working all day the best part of being able to work from home since March is just being able to do my job without people around me texting and talking on their cell phones and just not being 100% focused
