There is no training in this facility. What they get is the bare min and the rest they try to figure out on their own. Sad
I like my team in my department - we actually try to make the facility better. But it is so hard to stay position in this disaster
These are the worst benefits for any company that I have worked for. It is almost cheaper to have Cobra. If we worked 8hrs a day 5 days a week - my pay would be fair. But not the OT we work with no compensation.
Communication, listening to the issues and reacting to them in a positive manner. Working OT all the time is not the answer. There is no team building. And really start to hold the people accountable for their acts. Holding everyone accountable for a few - is getting real old.
