I value my job but there is a lot of stress to achieve. There are not enough hours in the day to accomplish all that is required. I often work at a very fast pace for 10-12 hours which leaves me feeling exhaused at the end of the day. We are micromanaged too much as well. More trust is needed.

Some people are assigned better account packages than other people. There is some favortism and individuals who are personally known outside of the office by the head manager will get better account packages.
