They need to not stress us out over things that we can't control. Listen to your employees when we tell you what worked.
we all have each others backs when it comes to knowing what we need to do for the department. But management doesn't want to hear it
I do a lot of work and get paid less then the normal customer service reps. I will feel better if the compensation was at least $17 a hour for the workload I do
