Communication, our admin team and I do a great job communicating and helping each other.

The fact that there are updates given to us about how the company is doing and where we are going.
What makes you most happy at work?
Continuing on with the Hybrid work schedule. Makes for a nice Life/Work balance. Glad to see Global is keeping up with the times.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can continue to work from home. I'm able to log on earlier than I would had I have to commute to the office and am able to work later if need be. The convenience of not commuting allows for more working hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a support member we are covering for reps in their absent and we do not receive any additional compensation for that. Having a monthly incentive would be a nice gesture. It doesn't have to be astronomical but a little something to make it feel as though we did a great job covering.
