Overall, the company is great. My manager, however, is not; I am afraid to bring my concerns to her for fear of retaliation; she talks in a condescending tone and belittles me at times; I have never received positive feedback from her in the 2+ years with the company.

My manager does not show any appreciate for my work or to me as an employee--zero positive feedback, only negative when it occurs. Company had outstanding year in sales last year compared to two prior years--yet raise and bonus did not reflect that success.
