The people in my branch office are great. Positive work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some have good ideas and share them, some ask for feedback. They have an overall vested interest in moving the company forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like performance and experience are valued and utilized. When it comes to compensation, I don't agree with how the annual review is done and how it translates into an annual increase.
