I've been with the company about 9 months. I'd say for the most part everything has been positive and I'm glad I'm here.

The experience has for the most part been good. No company is perfect. Would like to see some major issues finally handled. Sale could get more say in the way the company is structured.

We all share and help when needed.

I believe we get paid fairly.

So far everything seems fair. We'll see after a quarter or two.

I don't have to be in everyday. The resources are there when needed.

Very much a team atmosphere even though we are not rewarded as a team.

The ability to see my progress on daily basis. Also learning about our different products.

I can work from multiple locations. Collaborating with co-workers. Seeing the success from hard work.

As a whole not too much. We still have the same problems we had when I first started here.

I really only know my direct supervisors. Carl, Drew and Lisa. I like them a lot and do like working for them.

I don't need to see them everyday. They are available if I need them. They do produce good ideas to help sell.
