I am grateful to work at Global Industrial. This is a great company moving forward. I wish the workload was less to make it possible to complete in an 8 hour day without having to work late or weekends. GP % per items should be higher.

When I get my paycheck and close big deals.

I like the transparency they are starting to show with us employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel undervalued for the amount of hours I put in at work. The money I take home does not compensate all the hours put in to barely make a good commission.
