That everyone really cares about each other. I looked for awhile to find this kind of environment and it is why I stay at this job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help and truly work as a team. We have a wonderful culture and really care about each other and want the best both professionally and personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I often do the work of multiple people outside of what is expected and am not fully compensated for this. I also feel that in my position there should be some kind of bonus for help that is offered to capture sales in holding buckets for the work done.
