My overall experience has been ok because of the people I work with. The work load is overwhelming and it is very difficult to get done what is expected and have a healthy work life balance.

We work well together with the same goal's. We all bring different talent to the table that helps us be successful. The relationships have hvae built over time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to know your hard work is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Getting paid a higher base salary now that a large portion of our pay is now quarterly.
